Our Luxury Suite with Balconies offers an elegant blend of historic charm and modern comfort, thoughtfully designed for guests seeking extra space and character during their stay in the heart of Lecce. Located in the building directly opposite our main guesthouse, the suite maintains the same attention to detail and quality as all our rooms, while offering a more private and spacious setting.
Housed within a 17th-century building, the suite retains its original architectural features — including stunning baroque-style vaulted ceilings with restored frescoes — while offering all the conveniences of a contemporary retreat.
The suite features a spacious lounge area with a comfortable sofa, 32” LED TV, and a dining table for two, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal. A dedicated drinks area includes a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary pods, a kettle with a selection of teas, and a fridge stocked with complimentary water. From the lounge, step out onto one of the suite’s private balconies, offering charming views of the surrounding historic streets.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a classic antique-style bed frame fitted with a thick memory foam mattress for exceptional comfort, along with a full wardrobe and an iron with ironing board for your convenience. The bedroom also features a second vaulted ceiling with restored fresco, continuing the elegant historical character of the suite.
The bathroom, though narrow in layout, has been sensitively designed within the natural spaces allowed by the original 1600s architecture. It includes a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, complimentary toiletries, and 100% cotton towels to ensure a comfortable stay.
As with all our rooms, the suite is equipped with air-conditioning (with central heating during the winter months), free Wi-Fi throughout, and access to all common areas.
