Our Luxury Suite with Private Terrace offers a serene, elegant space designed for guests who value comfort, charm, and a little more room to unwind. Set within a beautifully preserved 17th-century building, the suite combines timeless architectural features with thoughtful modern touches — all just steps away from the heart of Lecce’s historic centre.
The suite is not street-facing, making it an ideal choice for light sleepers or those simply looking to enjoy a quieter, more peaceful setting. Its private terrace, tucked away from the city streets, provides a tranquil outdoor space perfect for a morning coffee, a moment of reading, or quiet conversation — all while remaining close to everything Lecce has to offer.
Inside, the suite features a baroque-style vaulted ceiling with restored frescoes, creating a sense of historic elegance. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a drinks area with a Lavazza coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods, a kettle with a selection of teas, and a fridge stocked with complimentary water.
The spacious bedroom continues the refined aesthetic with a classic antique-style bed frame and a thick memory foam mattress for restful sleep. A walk-in wardrobe offers generous storage, and an iron with ironing board is also provided. The bedroom, like the lounge, features a second vaulted ceiling with a restored fresco, adding warmth and atmosphere throughout.
The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, complimentary toiletries, and 100% cotton towels, all in keeping with the suite’s balance of comfort and simplicity.
As with all our rooms, the suite is equipped with air-conditioning (with central heating during the winter months), free Wi-Fi throughout, and access to all common areas.
